Further to burners, we also offer associated equipment to our customers, exactly matched with the optimal operation of burners and/or making this possible. Such accessories include gas control systems, combustion-air fans or other central components of heating facility.
The gas-pressure control, measuring and safety system (GDRMS) is of essential importance for energy-efficient operation of burners. We select the components exactly for the operation of burners and manufacture them in compliance with DIN-EN 762 Part 2 up to a nominal width of DN 150 and a maximum flow rate of 500 standard cubic metres per hour.
Our measuring orifices with nominal width of 25 to 65 are suitable for exact determination of flow rate by means of differential pressure. At the same time, the flow rate can be measured and permanently monitored in combination with a built-in pressure switch according to the requirements of DIN-EN 746 Part 2.
Our burner controls ensure safe ignition and monitoring of burners in any operating state. They offer numerous benefits to the end-user such as, for instance, display of flame current and the readable error memory.
Combustion-air fans ensure sufficient air supply of burners on a thermos-processing installation. We match them exactly with the operation of selected burners so that they are distinguished by a flat characteristic curve in control mode of operation. An optimal frequency control ensures most favourable operating conditions and, thus, utmost efficiency.
