The gas pressure control, measuring and safety system (gas train) of a thermoprocessing system is of central importance in the energy-efficient operation of the burners. The gas control systems from NOXMAT are designed in accordance with DIN EN 746-2 and specially tailored to the optimal operation of gas burners on industrial thermoprocessing systems. Due to the very low pressure fluctuations, optimal and therefore particularly energy-efficient operation of the NOXMAT burners is ensured.
Our measuring orifices with nominal width of 25 to 65 are suitable for the exact determination of flow rate by means of differential pressure. The flow rate can be measured at the same time and continuously monitored in combination with an attached pressure switch in accordance with the requirements of DIN-EN 746 part 2.
The NOXMAT burner controls ensure safe ignition and monitoring of the burner in all operating states. The adapted software is specially tailored to the operation of NOXMAT burners and offers a variety of parameterization and diagnostic options.
Combustion air fans ensure sufficient air supply to the burners in a thermoprocessing system.
